MiniPanda ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information related to your use of the VideoToWallpaper mobile application ("App").
1. Information We Collect
Photos Library Access: The App requires access to your iPhone Photos Library to select videos and save Live Photos. We do not collect, store, or share your photos or videos.
In-App Purchases: Apple processes transaction data (e.g., Apple ID, payment method) on our behalf for in-app purchases. We do not collect, store, or share this information with third parties.
2. How We Use Information
App Functionality: Photos Library access is used solely to convert videos into Live Photos and save them back to your device.
Support: If you email us, we use your contact information only to respond to your inquiry.
In-App Purchases: Purchase data is used solely to process transactions and unlock PRO features.
3. How We Share Information
We do not share your data with third parties except as described in this policy.
Apple: Apple processes transaction data for in-app purchases as part of its payment services.
Service Providers: We may use third-party services for analytics or hosting, but they do not access your personal data.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law.
4. Storage and Security
We do not store your photos, videos, or Live Photos. All processing occurs on your device.
Analytics data is stored by Facebook according to their retention policies, typically for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy.
We use on-device processing and encryption to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure. In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.
5. Your Rights
You can revoke Photos Library access at any time through your iPhone settings, though this will limit the App’s functionality.
You can opt out of analytics tracking by denying permission via the ATT prompt or disabling tracking in your device settings.
You have the right to request access to or deletion of any data we may hold about you by contacting us at minipanda@ukr.net. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
6. Children
The App is rated 4+ and is suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child in violation of applicable law, we will delete it promptly.
7. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy and will notify you of significant changes via an in-app notification or email. The latest version will be available at https://videotowallpaper.com/privacy.html.
